All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and considered part of the unique character of each item. We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Normal variations in handmade products are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
